The Eighth CAREC Think Tank Development Forum was held on August 27–28, 2024, in Almaty, Kazakhstan, under the theme “The Climate Challenge: Thinking Beyond Borders for Collective Action.” The forum brought together over 120 participants from regional think tanks, CAREC member countries, universities, development partners, and the media, all united in addressing the growing climate challenges through coordinated regional strategies.
